After using this tool belt everyday for the last 4 or 5 months I can say with some authority that this is a solid buy. I'll address the main two complaints.1) "The belt is too big" - There's no doubt that it's bigger than other belts but the extra space to store tools, screws, nails, items, etc is well work the size. Obviously this is not a hobby tool belt. It's geared to a carpenter as the title states and it's clear to see by the way the pouches are oriented. I'm 5'11" waist 29 and it fits without any trouble, and I manage just fine walking through customer's homes without banging the pouches everywhere. But yeah, it's definitely bigger than the common folk would be used to, even some pros.2) "The belt broke" - I'll admit the belt is not the most sophisticated piece but I've noticed only slight fraying around the rings I clip into, but even if it did break a replacement belt would slip into the waist pad and pouches just fine. It's kind of hard to break a tool belt so I can't imagine how after 2 days it would break. The Ballistic polyester has held up very well for several months of constant use, so at least it will last you 4-5 months.Final thoughts...The knife pocket is wonderful, the speed square socket is wonderful, the two big pockets for screws and nails on the left are wonderful. It has been a pleasure to use this the past couple months.
