My wife has worn this exact same hat for many, many years. Every time she wears the hat in public she gets numerous compliments. My wife and I are octogenarians so our days of receiving numerous compliments are long past. :-) Regardless, over time her hat became a bit worn and ragged, but she continued to wear the hat while looking for a replacement at local western stores in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Nobody had the hat or one that she liked enough to buy. She was delighted to find the hat available through Amazon and it was an exact match to the one she has worn over all these years. When the hat arrived, the top was a bit crushed, but a bit of steam from a pot on the stove brought it back to pristine condition. The vendor was very sympathetic and helpful when contacted about the damage caused during shipping. I was all set to return the hat, but he told me about steaming it to correct the problem, saving me the hassle of returning the damaged hat and ordering a new one. Great product and great service.
