I needed a rug to fit my parents’ 12’9 1/2” x 15’4” patio. My only wish is that it could have been wider than 12’ but it really isn’t that big of a deal. The width fit perfectly and the 9” from the length really doesn’t make a big deal. My purchased 12’ x 16’ rug was cut down to 12’ x 15’4” (precisely!)! Excellent deal! Highly recommend them.Very nice and soft..it's all I thought it would be and easy to clean. I use a regular broom to remove dropped food and crumbs. I am pleased with this product.This carpet is very soft for an indoor outdoor carpet. This carpet came folded and rolled up. Which made it very creased. I took some time to lay it out and ironed the large folds (I'm not sure if this would have been necessary but i was impatient). After a week of laid out and Walked on it flatted the rest of the folds out. We had to cut this and it cut very easily and has not frayed yet.
