I used this product for fashion and I really like the color of itIt's pilling a little but great color and good price.i have ordered a few of these and was absolutely satisfied for the price. then i order red, and it arrives, and, hmm... there's no tag to cut off.. is this.. actually new?I turn it inside out and there are long strands of someone else's hair in there. Gross.I am not returning it, but I was stoked to just put it on and instead I had to spend time handwashing it in the sink, and now I have to wait for it to dry for two daysPurchased hat initially for the color to match a vest I bought my husband but it is great quality and fits well - not slouchy, just a regular knit hat.Really soft , comfy ! Fits just right ! I’m gonna love using this during the winter !It looks like dark teal, not dark greenA great find! “heads up” (ha.. no pun intended!) For any with a larger head or, who can find discomfort after wearing a beanie a few hrs. bc, of the elastin in most beanies (this is used to help a hat keep its shape + stay in place..) In smaller or, tighter knit hats this can compress ones head circumference.. and give that pulsing feeling after wearing too long- (like wearing a ponytail too tight all day!) Best thing.. this hat doesn’t cause the pain!!!The beanie has ample give and yet, if it becomes too stretched out… A quick run through the washing machine will reshape this perfectly! No need to machine dry, just my flat- this is my sons favorite feature! Not only does he have a large circumference head.. he has a lot of curly hair to go with it.. and bc, at 17yr old, it’s all about wearing a beanie 24/7- The hat is perfect. It doesn’t cause discomfort and re-shapes as needed! Not to mention, it does help and a great price point of under $10... loving that!Might I add 2 other great features as well as the fit; First- the material is not itchy and for obvious reasons, that is huge- Trust me, it would be a dealbreaker without softness and this has plenty!! Second- if you do not like the slouch style beanie, which translates too.. the excess room of nothing, found at the top of the hat.. you know, the material that gives it “the bulldog wrinkle effect!?” Well, one can easily adjust and situate the cuff on the rim of the beanie and eliminate that poof on the top! It stays roomie- but, a lot less and that’s a winner if there ever was one.. !!Bottom line, if you have a larger head take it from a semi professional beanie connoisseur… (bc, I’ve tried so many- it makes me a pro!?) I have a slouchy cap that has the fake fur lining, and while it it warm... it is actually TOO warm (and also not very breathable). This cap is much lighter yet still warm without causing you to sweat. The length is nice and actually gives you some flexibility in how you wear it - you can wear it ‘slouchy style’, or if you want you can fold up from the bottom to provide even more warmth around your ears and wear it similar to a beanie cap. The cap is made of acrylic and feels soft and durable. The thickness is great - a medium thickness that provides good warmth, yet also allows for some breathability. It has a comfortably snug fit - nice and snug without being tight. I also like that it doesn’t have any sort of label or logo on it (just one of my pet peeves). Overall I am pleased!
