This is a stretchy cotton liner that can be worn under wigs, headscarves or hats for comfort or added coverage. This under cover measures approximately 8.25 inches wide and 8 inches high when laid flat. The cotton fabric makes it breathable, and there is a non-slip band sewn onto the bottom so you can now wear all your head coverings in comfort and security! The 2 inch band on the bottom is made of a thin velour fabric which creates a gentle friction to your hair or scalp which prevents the cap, or any cover worn over it from slipping.
Way too short and does not stay on at all. No matter how much it's pulled down it immediately springs up and falls off. I am an average size female whose head is not large and my hair is almost thinned out to nothing from treatments. The band bottom reaches to the top of my ears only. It appears to be well-made but I did not realize the band was not cotton. I wanted all cotton so the description is misleading. Two stars because it is a quality product but I would not have ordered it if I had known it was not 100% cotton and was way to short to provide the coverage I need.It is was not adjustable. Can't sleep in it, won't stay. Work ok for a wig grip not as fitted as I would like. Would not buy againThis would have been just what I needed minus the hole and snags in product. I did not like the velvet trim either, I will be returning.Didn't work for me - too big.I love this! It stays in place, without feeling too tight.The "stretchy" material is actually made of polyester and rayon. It will definitely leave stretch marks on your scalp.Worked well with my Halloween costume.I love these I use one before I put on my cPac device and it stops my hair from being pulled out
