Hat fit a little tight. but is usable. I'd like to see the sizing information be a little more accurate. By the sizing, this hat shouldn't have been as snug as it was. The material is lightweight, but in a good way and seems durable enough. It is also of a rip-stop material so we will see if long term it hols up well. The snaps provide an option to button up the sides if desired and this is an added option over other boonies. I am not sure if the snaps are real brass or not so this will determine if they hold up well or start to rust and corrode. I do wonder if the stitching will hold up long term, as this is usually the weak point on imported items. I wont use this hat enough to abuse, so I may not be able to do a good review for someone who will use this thing constantly under adverse conditions. Chin cinch strap is push button clamp type made of plastic and seems made well enough for it's use. Color is very nice and was as expected. Only complaint so far was sizing. Tag in hat says 59cm but it is absolutely tighter than that as that measurement on my flexible tape is far looser on my head. This hat measures more like 56-57cm so be aware it may be too tight for you. Price was pretty cheap, so ill keep it and hopefully it might stretch out some. The hat is not the best or worse I have seen but I wish they made them larger. I have a 71/2, 7 5/8 head I will get a headache if I were to squeeze into this for any duration of timeThis hat is quite durable although a little bigger compared to the 1st one ordered from same source and now warn out, so I put new one through wash & dry to shrink it some. The label stated it a 60. I ware a 7-1/4 size. It's a great hat for $10. It feels sturdy enough for me to keep in my emergency pack and that it would last a good while if worn everyday (probably a year of general use if used daily). The clips that hold the sides up feel sturdy and hold very well. The only drawbacks I'd say are the strap on the outside feels stitched on a bit flimsy and the drawstring is soft, but not durable feeling. The hat isn't adjustable and is about a size 7The hat would have been ok except it is too large for me. I do not remember sizes offered so I thought it was a "one size fits all" product. My bad, I will try to be more careful IF I order anything in the future. You ask too much I have trouble seeing that great any more. He likes his hat. Same reply as above.I was worried with it being from china that it would fall apart, but it holds up good. I took it out into the woods and it did just fine. One positive is you can stick branches and other vegetation in the loops around the head part, very happy with the purchase.Nice hat for an average man's head But I do not see how it would be adjustable for someone with a fatter head, or smaller one for that matter.Fortunately, since I'm not a fat-head, I get to keep this one.Anyone know how this adjusts? Maybe I'm missing something here.Ron DiGiovanniEaston, PA
