The ONLY reason for this low mark is their customer service. I ordered rear seat covers for my 2011 F-150. They are a 60/40 slit with the larger section behind the driver. When the covers arrived and I installed them, I noticed that the seat bottoms were backwards. They sent a set for a seat with the smaller section behind the driver. This made for a night so snug a fit due to the bracket between the seats. CK first told me that I ordered them wrong. I proved that was not the case. They asked that I send them pics and I did. They told me that the configuration I needed was for a 2012 model. That was not the case. They told me to send them my VIN # to prove the year of my vehicle. I did. They still would not admit fault on their end and rectify the problem.I actually ordered through another company thank goodness. The other company ended up rectifying the situation by returning my money at their cost after dealing with this for over a month.
